Fine Art Life Drawing
Hello to all men & their partners touched by testicular cancer.
I was diagnosed with TC in late 2007 and had my right "Ball" removed a week later. I am a LIFE MODEL (someone who gets their kit off for artists and art students to study and draw) I wondered if I could put my line of work to some charitable advantage.
Bearing in mind my slightly different line of work, I thought it would be good to try and get a well known artist (the likes of Antony Gormley, Rolf Harris, Julian Freud etc would be great but I think unlikely) to do a or a small series of life drawing pieces that could be sold at auction or placed for sale in the "picture" corridor at Churchill or JR to raise much needed funds for the Orchid Testicular Cancer, UCARE and Oxford Urology Foundation charities.
If anyone knows of any good artists or is an artist themselves who would like to get involved, I would love to hear from you and get some feedback on the validity of this slightly "off the wall" fundraising idea using Naked Life Art to raise funds.
