The Testicle Tour 2009

The Testicle Tour's big wacky event this year is in London on the 11th July 2009. This involves a large group, some survivors like Darren, walking around London many armed with a large fluffy testicle (see picture on website). There will be testicular cancer survivors from all over England and even one from the United States to make this a truly international event. We will be visiting major London landmarks, where the whole group and fluffy testicles will have their photo taken. (See website for more details).

The Testicle Tour 2008

The Testicle Tour was created by best mates Darren Couchman and Richard Miller. Our aim is to raise awareness of testicular cancer in a funny, light hearted way.  Testicular cancer is often seen as an embarrassing illness because of what it affects. We want to break down this barrier using humour. Darren used lots of humour in his fight against testicular cancer and now he wants to bring this humour to the people of England. We will literally be "talking balls around England."

For any body who has either had testicular cancer or been close to someone who has had testicular cancer i would strongly recommend reading Darren s book ,'one lump or two' whilst still showing the serious side of this illness it manages to bring humour to a tough time and talk about his experiences that all of us that have been their can associate with.

Make sure its on your christmas list!!!
